Unemployment

This is what it looks like. We went to Lake Washington with Christroll, played at the park, stopped for pastries then had lunch at the house. Awesome.

Elliot was right all along- he's having a baby sister.

Cranky sculpture

Elliot and I were having a difficult time communicating this morning so we bundled up against the really cold wind and set out for the Olympic Sculpture Park. We both brought our cameras.

We've been there before but this time E really enjoyed looking at and talking about the art. I forgot my wallet in the dash to get out the door, but we had enough change in the parking change pile to get a hot chocolate. On the drive home it snowed!

Sunny Saturday

Chad played with his orchestra Saturday then we headed to Normandy Park beach during low tide to check out the critters and play with driftwood and shells.



















On the way home Elliot said, "I wish our car had wings so it could fly." We all wish that sometimes, don't we?

Snoqualmie

We went to Snoqualmie this weekend to try tubing with our friends. Elliot and K both ended up wanting to go down the hill by themselves and it really couldn't have been any safer, so we let them. It was a lot of fun!
