Maggie 6 month:
height- 29.5" or 75cm
weight- 22lbs 8oz or 10.2kg
head- 47.9 cm (they took out the big head chart)
Per doc, she's the weight of an average 14 month old and the height of an average 13 month old.

Elliot 4 year:
height- 42.5" or 1.08m
weight- 41lbs or 18.6kg

At 6 months, Elliot was the same height but 2 lbs less.

Neglecto-Saucer

Mags is enjoying the saucer- so many things to gnaw!

Mazama

We spent 5 days with friends up north in Mazama in the snow. We went cross country skiing and played, relaxed and nursed colds. Elliot and his buddy both went skiing both days; the second they went for much longer. When they got tired, they relaxed in the pulks which we attached to our hips and pulled. The babies were either in the backpacks or the pulks depending on their moods/naps. So much fun.

Maggie waved! She was in the pulk; I turned to her and did the hand scrunched close wave a few times and she repeated it back to me twice. So sweet.

Pears!

Habits

Mags seems to be falling into a habit of falling asleep in Dad's arms.

Solids!

Today I went into Elliot's preschool to do some work, so Chad and Elliot got to take turns giving Maggie her first rice cereal. She seemed to like it after the first few tries of pushing half out of her mouth as her tongue smooshed the food against the roof of her mouth.


As for the tape and stripes, on the wall, we did the same color all the way around but in two different finishes. It's pretty subtle.
